Hunter chicken. Paleo style

Hunter-Chicken-Paleo-Style8 chicken legs
A packet of gluten free cocktail sausages
4 bits of back bacon or 8 streaky cut into bite sized bits
1 courgette sliced
2 onion sliced finely
100g onion sliced medium fine
Salt pepper to taste
2 4 inch sprigs rosemary
4 to 6 4 inch sprigs thyme (I like thyme)
1 1/2 bottles hard cider or enough to cover
1 1/2 tbs honey
1 heaped tbs while grain French mustard

Serve with slow roast spaghetti squash 150 degrees C for about 1.5 hours seasoned with pepper and salt or sea salted butter

If training add some white rice for a post training carb fix.

Enjoy and if there is some cider left…….

PS if you fancy, and are eating a bit of dairy, then a dollop of crème fraîche is amazing on the side
